Hospital Bed Mounting, Support and Linkage Parts

This range covers the individual metal parts that connect hospital bed frames, moving mechanisms and accessories. Select a part by its function and mating drawing: a motor bracket, sliding channel, lifting support and leg cover have different fit requirements even when they use similar material or finishes. The catalogue dimensions are a starting point for the ordered version, not proof of universal fit.

Compare components by installation position

• Motor fixing seat A, YY-000472: a 3 mm iron part made by laser cutting and stamping. Provide the motor mounting pattern, frame connection and installation orientation.

• Sliding channel, YY-000054: listed in 3 mm iron, with a 100–600 mm or custom length. Specify the channel section, mating slider and required movement range; overall length alone is insufficient.

• Electric-bed support plate, YY-00057: listed as a 3 mm iron component for a lifting-leg assembly. Compare the plate profile, pivot holes and clearance around moving parts.

• 40 × 40 mm bed-foot cover, YY-00014: identify the bed-leg section and full cover profile. Confirm how the cover meets the leg and surrounding support structure.

Check the complete connection

For brackets and plates, mark hole diameters and centres, bends, fixing faces and welding locations. For linkage components, show the pivot axis, mating pin or shaft and the space needed through the intended travel. State the required tolerances on the drawing instead of assuming that a nominal catalogue dimension defines them.

Information for an OEM quotation

• Product name, part number, drawing revision and quantity per order.

• Material grade, required thickness, surface treatment and colour.

• Mating-part drawings, inspection points and any sample approval requirement.

• Welded or unwelded supply where relevant, packaging and destination.

Where an existing size string or model reference is ambiguous, request written drawing confirmation before ordering. The bed manufacturer must assess the completed mechanism; selecting a metal part does not establish the assembly’s load rating. Send your component drawings to YingYun Hardware for a version-specific quotation.
