- The bed frame is made of 25×50×1.5mm rectangular steel tubing.
- The bed surface is a two-piece, two-fold design, made entirely of engineering plastic, blow-molded in one piece.
- The crank handle is made of chrome-plated iron, foldable, high-strength, flexible, and convenient, with a steel universal joint.
- The screw has a two-way positioning protection function; it adopts a “two-way positioning without limit protection” screw system.
- There is one IV holder socket at each end of the bed, with a 20mm diameter hole, made of stamped metal.
- Stainless steel double-section telescopic four-claw IV holder, 19mm diameter, sturdy and durable.
- The bed surface is equipped with a patient restraint strap to prevent patient agitation; the restraint strap is removable and washable.
- Guardrails: Two-piece retractable plastic guardrails, made of PP engineering plastic. Enhanced patient protection to prevent falls;
- The entire bed is equipped with an oxygen cylinder storage base, and the metal surface is powder-coated with antibacterial and environmentally friendly powder.
- Lifting system: Employs a single-rocker lifting system, ensuring no sagging under long-term load.
- One-piece injection-molded ABS engineering plastic base cover.
- Casters are from a listed company brand, 125mm diameter casters, silent, wear-resistant, with built-in fully enclosed self-lubricating bearings, waterproof, and designed to prevent debris entanglement;
- Braking system: One-foot central control brake, one-foot braking with four-wheel positioning, ensuring overall stability and no wobbling.
- Equipped with a 3cm thick full-sponge mattress, covered with high-grade waterproof fabric, soft and easy to clean.
- Employs a shock-absorbing fifth wheel, using shock-absorbing 3.5*31.5*105 compression springs.
